What is Classique, Center for Classical Communication?
Classique is a groundbreaking research initiative based at Aalborg University (AAU), Denmark, and funded by the Danish National Research Foundation (DNRF). As quantum technologies evolve rapidly, Classique aims to revolutionize classical communication systems to support both traditional data and the unique requirements of quantum information systems.
Our Mission
Quantum computing poses fundamental challenges to conventional communication and encryption methods. Classique explores both theoretical and practical solutions to ensure that classical communication remains efficient, secure, and reliable in a quantum-influenced world. The center addresses new research challenges arising at the intersection of real-time digital applications and quantum resources, which are often limited by decoherence and instability.
